In keeping with district practices to respond to COVID-19, we are notifying all students, staff and guests that one JR Elementary student has tested positive for COVID-19. The student was last on campus 02/24/2021. The nurse reports that COVID symptoms can be very similar to seasonal allergy symptoms. She encourages all students and staff members experiencing those symptoms to be cautious.

Please carefully monitor for COVID symptoms and stay at home when symptoms emerge.
If you or any member of the JR Elementary community begins to experience any of these symptoms in a way that is not typical, we encourage you to contact your physician.
