Be kind. Be Smart. Be Safe.

Junior and senior pictures are ready and will be available to be picked up during all three lunches today.  If you have not taken a picture, please find workers in the cafeteria that have a chromebook and they can take your picture.

Students, you were given a packet of registration paperwork to take home and have your parent or guardian fill out.  There are a lot of forms, please make sure that ALL forms are filled out and returned to your 3rd period teacher as soon as possible.  Teachers, please send all extra paperwork back to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely asap.  Also, send down any packets on a daily basis that you have checked that are completed.  If they are not, please return to the student to be completed.

The SPUD Club will meet this Wednesday after school. Pizza will be provided. New members are welcome.

There will be an Anchor Club meeting on Tuesday, August 23rd at 4pm in Mrs. Strauss’ room (Room V-14).  All members need to bring their summer hours sheet with them to the meeting.

Seniors! If you are interested in purchasing a parking spot from student council to paint that will be yours for the year, please go by and see Coach Spencer in W204 to pick up a form. The cost is $40 and the painting day will be Saturday, September 10 from 8am - 1pm.

Attention Class of 2024! There is a survey on Google Classroom regarding Project Graduation. Voting will end tomorrow. Please see Mrs. Jones if you have any questions.

Student Council's  first blood drive will be held Wednesday, August 24th.  If you are 16 or older and would like to donate to help save lives and work toward your red cord, please sign up using the QR code on the posters in the hall, in your Google Classroom,  or see Mrs. Anderson (W203).  In the notes section, please type what teacher you have during that class period.  If you are 16, you will need to get a permission slip from Mrs. Anderson to bring to the blood drive.  Thank you!

Tip for the day-Be alert. Children are unpredictable.  Children walking to or from their bus are usually very comfortable with their surroundings.  This makes them more likely to take risks, ignore hazards or fail to look both ways when crossing the street.
