Thank you to all who came
out to cheer Sandies volleyball onto victory. We are extremely proud of all the
teams who walked away with wins last night!
Students, please check your
school email to see if you received an email about missing registration
paperwork for the next few days. If you
have received one, print out the forms or come to see Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely and she
will print them out for you. They need
to be completed and returned by Friday.
Today is Unity Day
promoting kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.
Spectrum Club meeting today
after school in Mrs. Tippit's room W409. Anyone and everyone welcome, please
come check us out! Acceptance and peace to all.
There will be a short Robotics Club
Meeting today, Wednesday, October 19th, in Room 116. It should last no
longer than 30 minutes.
Today is the last day for juniors to
sign up for PSAT/NMSQT. Bring $18.00 to
Mrs. Perez in the front office.

next week are:
Monday-Relax and
Meditate on a Drug Free Life-Pajama /Spa Day-wear your pajamas, curlers, facial
mask, etc. or wear yellow for Sarcoma
cancer awareness.
Tuesday-Don’t Be
Basic. Don’t Do Drugs!! Soccer moms and
bbq dads or wear lime green for Lymphoma cancer awareness.
Wednesday-Friends
Don’t Let Friends do Drugs-Twin day or wear purple for pancreatic cancer
awareness.
Thursday-Chill out
and don’t do drugs-Dress like Adam Sandler , not one of his characters or wear
orange for Leukemia Cancer awareness
Friday-Don’t let
drugs weigh you down-carry your stuff in anything but a backpack or wear pink
for Breast cancer awareness.
Pink Shirts are in!! Get them
while we got them!! See your favorite Student athletic trainer or come by the
athletic training room to order. $20 for short sleeve, $25 for long sleeve.
Student Council is hosting another
blood drive on Wednesday, October 26! If you are 16 or older, please
consider donating blood to save a life and to also graduate with your red
cord. Please sign up using the QR code on the poster in the hallways and
in your Google Classroom and please add your teacher's name in the notes
section. If you are 16, please see Mrs. Anderson in W203 for a permission slip
or you can print one from Google Classroom. If you have any questions,
please see Mrs. Anderson.
Tip for the day – If the yellow or
red lights are flashing and the stop arm is extended, traffic must stop.
