Robotics Club will meet on Wednesday, November 16 from 4-5 in the Robotics Shop.  

The speech/drama/debate team competed in the Victoria East TFA tournament on Saturday. Emily Caylor placed 6th in informative speaking and 3rd in Poetry! Congratulations on making finals at your first TFA tournament ever!

The first "battle" of Class Wars has started.  Grab a blue entry form from the cafeteria.  Your teachers have posted quotes by their classroom doors.  Copy down 7 different quotes and turn your form into the blue box.  Be sure to put your name and grade level for your form to be counted.  Due to the playoff game, all forms are due by 2pm on Thursday Nov 17.  Points will be awarded for each "battle", the grade level with the most points at the end of the school year will receive the Class Wars prize.

The Sandcrabs will play this Thursday at 7pm in Floresville against Canyon Lake.  Good Luck Sandcrabs-we are so proud of you!

Gobble Gobble Gobble! Calling all turkey hunters! Student Council kicks off their annual TURKEY HUNT starting tomorrow!  Search the main building for a turkey to win a prize.  Teachers, please do not allow students to leave class to hunt for turkeys, this should only be done between classes. Students, if you find a turkey-take it to Coach Spencer in W204 for a thanksgiving surprise!

Student Council is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive this week. If you are able, please consider donating non-perishable food items to those in need so that everyone in Calhoun County has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Check your Google Classroom for items needed and bring donations to Mrs. Anderson’s room (W203). Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!


Breaker Beauty representatives need to check their email for information needed before the pageant.  Questions need to be returned by November 18th.  See Mrs. Sontag if you have any questions.

The Calhoun Theatre Department will be presenting their fall play based and titled after the hit game "Clue" today in the auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7PM. Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for students, and kids 6 and under get in free.  Any and all are welcome, so tell your friends and family to come support and enjoy a night of mystery and laughs.

Tip for the day –While riding a bus, keep isles clear of books and bags.
