Reminder-There will be Saturday School tomorrow fro 8am-2pm.  If you owe attendance hours, please attend.  There are only 5 more opportunities to make up hours outside of our regular school hours.  Do not wait until the last minute to make up your hours.  The deadline for hours to be made up completely is March 9th.

Seniors, do not forget to let Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely know if you have been accepted to a college or enlisted into the military.  This information is used for reports due to central office, senior day, scholarship day, etc.

Seniors, if you have won any scholarships outside of our local scholarships, please email Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely the name of the scholarship and the amount of that scholarship.  This is used for a report that has to go to central office.  This can be a scholarship that is athletic, academic, etc.

February is Teen Dating Violence Prevention Awareness Month-respect self care.  To be in a healthy relationship, we each need time for ourselves and our own interest.  Your action for today: Practice self care.  Take walks, do a little dancing, watch your favorite shows.  Whatever you do, make sure you take the time to love yourself.

Class Wars Trivia round 1 has ended.  The Seniors are making a comeback.  Seniors have 6 points, freshmen have 5, Juniors have 4 points and Sophomore are stuck at 2 points.  Remember, the class with the most points at the end will win the prize.  Participate in the next round of trivia to unseat the Seniors.  Round 2 will start Monday, look in the cafeteria for the QR Codes on pink paper.

Student Council is still selling bracelets in support of Hunter & McCoy, but now also have “In Loving Memory of Jacob Patrick” bracelets for sale. All money will be given to the families of the students to help with expenses that have occurred from these tragic events. If you have $2 to spare, please buy a bracelet to show your support. We will be selling them until they have all been sold.

Seniors-Scholarship information and packets are ready. Please come and see Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely for instructions, etc.  Do not get out of class, only come by before or after school, during your lunch or during passing periods.  Do not be late for class.

Register for the school day SAT, ACT, or PSAT in the front office by today. Check your Google Classroom for more information.

Tip for the day –When boating, always be prepared for possible cold, windy and wet weather even if the sun is shining.  Stay closer to shore, so you can turn back if the weather changes.

Have a great day and remember to Be Kind! Be Smart! and Be Safe!
