The following students need to report to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely at this time: William Boehl, Trae Camacho, Angelina Fredericksen, Morgan Gray, Kamryn Kestler, Stella Motl, Jacob Nguyen, Emma Strakos, Julia Teehan and Reagan Teehan.
Congrats to the Sandies Varsity Softball team on beating Orange Grove. They are now 9-0 in district.
Attention Calhoun High School Students: The team from SSR Letter Jackets will be on campus Wednesday, April 19th from 11:45 – 1:30 at the CHS hallway behind the main office to measure for letter jackets, and to take up order forms and payments. All directions on how to order your jackets are in your packet. Please pick up a packet from your coach, sponsor or teacher if you have not already done so. If you cannot be present for the fitting, please read the detailed instructions on how to order your jacket by emailing your order form to our region office. Thanks and see you at the fitting.
Seniors, the Point Comfort Volunteer Fire Department scholarship application is due to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely by 10 am today.
If you would like to come and take a look we have prom dresses available in room E106.
Juniors & Seniors if you have applied to UHV or would like more information about UHV please come to the UHV meeting today at 10 a.m. in the GO Center.
Seniors, Seniors, Seniors! Graduation Banner money is DUE TODAY! Banners are $28 and will be hung on the stadium fence to showcase YOU-our graduates! Forms and info can be found on Google Classroom, posted by Coach Spencer.
Seniors!! Please go to your Class of 23 Google Classroom and fill out the Project Grad RSVP posted by Coach Spencer. This will really help us prepare for a fun night after graduation for you seniors.
Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors! It's election time!!! Please go to your "Class of" google classroom and cast your vote for our 2023-24 Student Council officers. Please watch their candidate videos and cast your vote for who will serve your student body the best!
Prom tickets will be on sale during all three lunches 4-12, 4-13 and 4-14.
If you are interested in being a part of the Miss Juneteenth Annual Pageant, please come by the front office and pick up a registration form. The deadline is May 1st.
Ladies, are you interested in becoming a member of the CHS Anchor Club? Please stop by V-14, Mrs. Strauss's room, and pick up an application. Applications are due April 14.
Tip for the day –Wear protective gear such as helmets while riding a bike or motorcycle and a life jacket while boating.
