Seniors, please do not forget to go online and do your Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo scholarship. Make sure that you complete all documents needed and submit by 2-7-24. The TDECU online scholarship is due 2-7-24 also and the online Guadalupe Blanco River Authority scholarship is due 2-9-24. Information has been posted in your google classroom several times about these great scholarships.
Juniors and Seniors - Be sure to work on Texas College Bridge during Homeroom until you have this completed.
The Sandies opened district with a 5 to 0 win over Rice Consolidated at sandcrab stadium. Ella Vazquez led scorers with 2 goals. Claire Flores, Alondra Jimenez each scored a goal and an assist and Isabella Escobedo scored a goal. Jaeleigh Campos, Nayelli Vargas and Bianca Rodriguez had an assist each. Mileidy Anzaldua, led the team with 5 steals Jennifer Gallegos 4 steals and Ashlyn Maldonado, Natalie Mejia, and Natalie Barajas had 3 steals each. Goalie Addyson Rangel finished the night with 6.
Seniors- Senior quotes are due this Monday, January 29th. You must fill out the form in your "Class of 2024" Google Classroom and submit your quote for consideration. All quotes must be school-appropriate.
Recognition ads in the yearbook are due no later than February 8th. See Mrs. Sontag in room A109 if you need information for recognition ads.
Yearbook presales are wrapping up. Make sure you reserve your copy of the yearbook before they are all gone! Order forms are available in room A109.
Tip for the day – When leaving your home, lock doors and windows even if you will be gone for “just a minute”.
