The Sandies traveled to Rice to take on the Lady Raiders to finish 0 to 0. Mileidy Anzaldua and Jaeligh Campos led the teams in steals with 6 a piece. Dulce Morales finished with 5 steals, Bianca Rodriguez finished with 4 steals. The Sandies return home tonight and play Bay City.
There will be a Class of 2027 meeting tonight at 6 in the cafeteria.
The Calhoun Sandcrabs obtained their eight victory of the season and remain undefeated in district. They won against Rice HS 11 to 0. Congratulations SANDCRABS! You are all invited to our BIG GAME today at 5 30 vs Bay City at our stadium, SEE YOU ALL THERE SANDCRAB NATION!
Student Council is hosting their 2nd annual Game Night in the cafeteria on February 23rd from 7-11pm. There will be board games, ping pong, spike ball, karaoke, etc. Tickets are on sale now for $5 with Mrs. Anderson (E206) or any student council member. The $5 will be returned to use for concessions when you show up to play games with your friends!
Do not forget the Saturday school scheduled for February 23th. Only two more Saturdays to make up attendance hours for 1st semester.
Tip for the day – Carry money for a taxi or uber in case your date is cut short; bring a cell phone also.
