Seniors the South Texas Farm & Ranch scholarship application is due by the homeroom period this Friday to be mailed off in time as well.
There will be no tennis practice today.
Calhoun golf hosted the Varsity Girls golf tournament at Hatchbend. The team was led by Jillian Tanner who finished 6th. The team got 2nd overall. The team consisted of Brynn Passmore, Jillian Tanner, Lilly Gossett, Ryle Ragusin, Maci Bryan, and Trinity Morgan
Calhoun Esports continues to fight for a playoff spot. #5 Calhoun took on #15 West Oso. After 4 close maps, Calhoun swept West Oso 4-0. Calhoun sits at 4-1 with 3 matches left. Players include Laith Moore, Bobby Castillo, Emilio Ortiz and subs Dominic Garcia and Jaxon Burris. Our next match will be next Tuesday at 4:45.
The Calhoun Sandcrabs obtained their eleventh district victory of the season, they defeated Columbus HS 1 to 3 at their stadium. Guilherme Leuenroth, David Salazar and John Moreno were the ones who scored the goals.
April 4th is the cutoff to be completed with Texas College Bridge if you are wanting STAAR Late in. This is one month from today! Please be sure you have completed all of your Math and English Texas College Bridge, including writing your essay for English. If you have any questions, email Mrs. Cardwell or Mrs. Kohutek.
Seniors, you have 2 ½ days left to pick up scholarship packets, do not wait until the last minute.
We will be providing two more chances to make up attendance hours. This Friday from 1pm-5pm and this Saturday from 8am-2pm. Please do not miss these extra opportunities to restore your credit.
