Juniors and Seniors: As of today you have 6 days left to finish Texas College Bridge and earn STAAR late in. Please remember that you need to write and submit your essay in Texas College Bridge English. This is required in order to be fully complete. Your English teacher can help with this!
Due to scheduling conflicts, the Student Council meetings will now be on Wednesdays after school staring tomorrow. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Seniors--Student Council would like to include you in the Senior Day Baby Slideshow. Be sure to send a baby picture or toddler picture to [email protected] by April 5th. This information is also in your Google Classroom.
Students who are interested in Learning about the medical field and earning community service hours are encouraged to apply to be a junior volunteer for the summer at Memorial Medical Center hospital. Pick up applications at the front office. Applications must be turned into the front desk or dropped off at the information desk at the hospital. All applications must be received no later than May 17th.
Seniors, Tomorrow is Adulting 101. All seniors, including late-ins, will need to report to school at 8 a.m. and go to 1st period. Late-ins will report to the cafeteria. We will travel by bus to the fairgrounds. Lunch is provided and we will return to CHS shortly after 2 p.m. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
Next week is Child Abuse Awareness Week. Here are the dress up days: Tuesday, April 2: Shine a light on Child Abuse–Wear neon colors, Wednesday, April 3: Wake up to Child Abuse–Pajama Day, Thursday, April 4: Stand together against Child Abuse–Twin, Friday, April 5: Go BLUE day–Wear as much blue as you can.
The class of 2026 officers will be meeting Wednesday morning at 7:30 in W403 (Coach Horadam's room). Please plan to attend.
Good news!! Yearbook pre-orders have reopened until April 5th. If you would like to guarantee your copy of the yearbook, see Mrs. Sontag in room A109 for an order form.
