Due to the potential for power and internet outages, flooding, high winds, and hazardous road conditions related to Tropical Storm Alberto, Calhoun County ISD will be closed on Wednesday, June 19. There will be no summer school, summer meals, or summer activities on Wednesday. All Calhoun County ISD facilities will be closed.
The district will reevaluate conditions and collaborate with local emergency officials on Wednesday afternoon to determine if there will be further delays or cancellations. Updates will be posted to Calhoun County ISD's website and Facebook page.
