Athletic physicals for 24-25 school year

Calhoun High School is hosting an opportunity for students to get their physicals for next school year, as required by UIL. Physicals are required for participation in athletics, cheer, Sandettes, band, and ROTC. Physicals are $20 cash at the CHS event, or you can use your own doctor, if you prefer. The physical form for doctors is available at the CHS Trainers Office.
Monday, May 6: all male participants from 5:30 - 7 p.m (come & go)
Wednesday, May 8: all female participants from 5:30 - 7 p.m. (come & go)
Check in begins at the Calhoun High School Gym 1 hallway and concludes at 7 p.m. There is also an online registration to be completed prior to checking in at the physical event. (Instructions on the flyer below)
