Money Matters issue no. 4

Posted Date: 03/03/26 (08:46 AM)

In this final edition of Money Matters, we turn our focus to what happens after funding is secured. This issue aims to clarify how school funds are distributed, why many expenses are fixed, what a budget deficit truly means, and why fund balance isn’t a long-term solution. Our aim throughout this series has been to deliver clear and factual information, enabling our community to gain a deeper understanding of the financial landscape impacting public schools. We appreciate our community for being informed, engaged, and supportive educational partners.
