2026 CCISD VATRE election info
Calhoun County ISD is asking voters to consider a Voter Approved Tax Rate Election on the November 3, 2026 ballot. The VATRE proposal language will be listed on the ballot under Proposition A. The proposed VATRE is part of the district’s strategy to address budget shortfalls, maintain employee compensation, and support student programs, instructional supplies, and essential operating expenses. The district has compiled the following information to share with our community.

In order to vote in the November 3, 2026 election, you must be registered to vote by October 5. Check to see if you are registered at https://www.votetexas.gov/
